Yagura

Yagura was the fourth Mizukage of Kirigakure and the jinchuuriki of the Three Tailed Demon Turtle. During his reign as Mizukage, the Hidden mist village was known as the "Bloodmist Village." This is because Yagura is the one who instigated the harsh ninja academy graduation requirement that involved killing your classmates. It was later discovered that Yagura was under the influence of Madara's genjutsu. Yagura himself was said to be a kind person. Somehow his tailed beast was extracted and let roam free. Not much is known about his abilities, but it is known that he had full control of his tailed beast, just as KillerBee has of his.

I actually had to make two versions of this chibi, because I screwed the first one up so bad. Not a fun process, but I'm proud of the finished process.
