Tobi

Tobi as he appears during the 4th shinobi world war.

Tobi is arguably one of the strongest ninja in the world at the time. He possesses the rinnegan, using it to control this six deceased jinchuuriki as his own six paths of pain. He also posesses the sharingan and can use it to control the tailed beasts. Tobi also has control of the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path and all of it's powers.

Tobi is a man shrouded in mystery. It is believed that he is immortal, and has lived for a very long time so far. His true identity is unknown, but he at one time claimed to be Madara Uchiha.

Tobi is currently locked in a battle against Killer Bee, Naruto Uzumaki, Kakahi Hatake, and Might Guy.
