Description
Juha Bach is a Quincy and leader of the Vandenreich. He is an extremely powerful enemy to the Gotei 13, posessing the ability to shoot Quincy Arrows from his finger tips that carry enough power to blast massive holes in the ground, as well as incinerate corpses. Bach is also the man who killed Captain-Commander Yamamoto, quite possibly the strongest character in the Bleach series. The weapon in his hand is the very reishi zweihander he used to cut down Yamamoto.
Bach's name is still under discussion. If pronouncing it as it is spelled in japanese, his name is said "Yuhabaha." How this came to be translated as "Juha Bach," I'm not sure, but it seems like the name accepted by the masses.

If you notice, many of the Quincy items with German names are given Japanese names that some what sound similar when pronounced in Jpapanese, like with the Ressureccion of the Arrancar and techniques from Kumogakure in Naruto. Yuhabaha is some what like Juha, a name meaning God is Gracious in Finnish, and Bach, a well known German musician.
